Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly organized detailoriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Kansas City! This pivotal role will be essential in ensuring the seamless operation of our office and providing administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and a commitment to delivering exceptional service and support to the team and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations including managing office supplies and coordinating equipment maintenance.
  • Calendar and Meeting Management: Organize and manage schedules set appointments and coordinate internal and external meetings.

  • Communication: Serve as the primary contact for phone and email correspondence ensuring timely responses and clear communication.

  • Document Management: Maintain organized filing systems handle confidential documents and assist with report preparation.

  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries including booking flights hotels and transportation.

  • Data Entry and RecordKeeping: Accurately input and maintain data ensuring compliance and uptodate records.

  • Project Support: Assist with special projects supporting various teams in meeting deadlines and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 23 years in an administrative support role with a proven track record of providing highlevel assistance.
  • Skills: Strong organizational multitasking and timemanagement abilities.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook). Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.

  • Problem Solving: Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively find solutions.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or college coursework is preferred.
