This is a highprofile highimpact role where youll work directly with Operations Directors Commercial Finance and other big players in their business. If you love operations as much as you love a clean set of financials youll feel right at home here.
What Youll Be Rocking:
- Run the Show: Monthly closing journal entries forecasting budgeting and setting standard costs youll be all over it.
- Tell It Like It Is: Dig into the data spot the story and present monthly financial results and trends to senior leadership (no sugarcoating).
- Find the Wins: Support costsaving initiatives help drive smarter capital projects and find hidden opportunities that move the needle.
- Be the Connector: Act as the finance goto for operations bridging the gap between the shop floor and the boardroom.
- Own Compliance: Maintain tight financials from SOX compliance to asset protection and internal controls and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Think Big: Get involved in strategic planning scenario modeling and adhoc analysis that actually helps us win in the market.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelors in Accounting or Finance (bonus points for CMA or other certifications).
- 57 years of realworld finance experience in manufacturing (you know how manufacturing plants really operate).
- ERP system ninja skills SAP preferred.
- Advanced Excel chops pivot tables VLOOKUPs and macros you can do it all in your sleep.
- Extra credit if you know your way around BIA or HFM.
- You are organized proactive and not afraid to set your own priorities.
- You can translate financespeak into real talk for leadership and teams.
- You solve problems creatively think strategically and execute like a boss.
