We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Operator for our automotive team. You will ensure highquality production by operating machinery and conducting quality checks. Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines and company standards.
Perform regular quality inspections of automotive components to ensure compliance with specifications and requirements.
Load and unload materials into machines and perform necessary setup and adjustments for optimal performance.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
Document production data including quantities produced defects and machine performance for reporting purposes.
Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues with equipment and escalate more complex issues to maintenance personnel as needed.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing production efficiency and product quality.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent is required; relevant vocational training is a plus.
Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferably within the automotive industry.
Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate and troubleshoot industrial machinery.
Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures within a manufacturing setting.
Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment with strong communication skills.
Detailoriented with a commitment to producing highquality work and minimizing errors.
Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime and weekends as needed.
