Our Real Estate Valuations & Advisory team within Deals helps clients understand and quantify the true market value of property and solve their real estate problems. We deliver valuations of real estate to support regulatory requirements commercial decision making a transaction or to comply with legislation. We also provide real estate strategy and advice to top ASX organisations notforprofit companies and private clients with spectacular results.

Our engagements are complex and usually require bespoke reporting across a broad range of asset classes including infrastructure commercial and industrial and renewable energy projects.

We are looking for a Manager to join our Melbourne based team to assist our clients to make better based business decisions and provide commercial insights.

With a strong interest and passion for commercial real estate you will become part of a team solving managing and delivering both valuations and real estate advisory projects on client engagements across a wide range of industries. Your experience gained from a property valuation practice an institutional/corporate investing organisation or a real estate investment trust will have helped you to develop strong networks and an understanding of the technical side of commercial real estate.

As a real estate expert within PwC you will:

  • Communicate and collaborate with clients stakeholders and other PwC teams
  • Work within a supportive and experienced team and help to develop our talented juniors to ensure the highest level of service delivery
  • Undertake engagements across different aspects of real estate with a focus on commercial and infrastructure related property
  • Carry out financial analysis supported by excellent quality written deliverables and presentations
  • Conduct and lead research and analysis to assist with acquisitions and developments to provide robust value opinions due diligence and investment managementrelated analysis
  • Understand identify and assess potential risks and devise appropriate risk mitigation strategies
  • Help identify and assist in business development opportunities

Commercially astute and highly analytical you will need:

  • Sound experience within the property industry
  • Advisory capabilities and client relationship management skills
  • Ideally have a degree in Finance Economics Accounting Property or Valuations
  • Strong financial analysis modelling and/or valuations capabilities
  • Advanced excel skills and exposure to tools similar to Estate Master will be ideal
