Job Description

Summary/Objective:

In conjunction with daily Remote Operation responsibilities this position is specifically designed to facilitate unique projects that require a media specialist on/near the location.

This position will take lead on managing and adding assets to the Remote Operations inventory to prepare for the upcoming football season.

Responsibilities:

  • Track gear coming in and out of the NFL Films building including testing equipment and working with Engineering to get replacements if needed
  • Work with the Shipping Department to make sure all equipment is delivered on time and returned after the project is over
  • Work with Stadium Contacts at all 30 locations to facilitate access for staff and wranglers as needed
  • Communicate with Media Management to appropriately notify daily expected media deliveries
  • Document/ vault all cards and pertinent information regarding details
  • If on locationingest media cards into designated storage devices for transferring files via VTN workflow
  • Communicate with director cinematographer and production manager on all logistics of the and file delivery
  • Report all media to the Footage Flow App which is visible to all NFL Films employees
  • Verify that all media is delivered and accounted for prior to returning camera cards
  • Remotely support on location DITs with troubleshooting and media deliveries
  • Inventory asset tag and add new equipment to Remote Operations tracking system to be deployed prior to the start of football season
  • Assess NFL schedules and staff with freelancers depending on project needs and staff availability
  • Willing to travel and be on call throughout the duration of the
  • Help recruit and train new Wranglers for upcoming football season
  • Prep OneNote and Teams for upcoming football season

Required Education and Experience:

  • College degree preferred with a concentration in film/television production
  • Applicants should have advanced computer skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in a professional post production role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office
  • Experience with OffShoot or other Ingest application
  • Experience with Media Shuttle or other File Transfer application

  • Must be able to lift 50 70lb pelican cases

Travel:

  • Yes approximately 3 7 days a month

Expected Hours of Work:

  • 40 hours
  • Must be available nights and weekends
  • 6month position

Salary

$30 $33 USD
