Job Description
Forecast Coffee is hiring! We are looking for wonderful staff to join our team in our cafe in West Vancouver. Serving coffee with an extended food menu we are looking for talented Baristas and skilled allrounders to join the team. This is a part time position with the opportunity to grow to fulltime in the future.
Forecast Coffee exists to create space to feed the soul igniting our collective passion for each other our community and the outdoors.
You perform in your role with passion and take upmost care as a representative of our brand and product and are motivated to consistently deliver the excellent customer service expected. Whilst providing a positive and inclusive environment for customers and staff our staff are accountable for providing quality service and product in a safe and clean environment.
Our company core values should guide all decision making and communication in the pursuit of delivering best customer experience employee experience and anticipating what is best for the store.
The ideal candidate:
loves great coffee and has previous barista experience (kitchen experience is also an asset)
has flexible availability mornings & evenings (Cafe hours 7am5pm)
enjoys working in a fastpaced environment & getting to know your customers
is a team player and wants to build connections within our community
The positions:
include barista counterservice & food preparation
include staff meal for full shifts 30 staff discount at Lift Coffee Forecast Coffee locations
Food Safe an asset
Starting wage $17.75/hr plus tips paid out weekly
