Position Summary:
The Site Director will play a critical role serving as the primary leader of the Distribution Center operations and supporting functions and general management for the site located in Ontario CA. This role participates with other senior leaders to establish plantwide strategic plans and objectives makes final decisions on operational matters and ensures effective achievement through effectively planning and coordinating sitewide and crossfunctional relationships with all supporting functions on the site.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily up to annual financial Plans all tactical capacity in all work groups
- Ensures team adheres to all defined processes and executes continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensures high client satisfaction by hitting SLAs
- Develop train and mentor management team on performance quality and financial metrics
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Business or related field Masters Degree preferred
- Fulfillment/Distribution Center Operations or Plant Management expertise
- Excellent presentation skills
- P&L responsibility experience
- Strong leadership ability
- Excellent client relationship management
- Strong computer skills (including MS Office and SAP)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Superior project management skills
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to be independently mobile. The employee is also required to interact with a computer and communicate with peers and coworkers.
