The Role
Hiringpeoplesavvy outgoing Client Relationship Manager with abackground in Tax Accounting Canadian or US or CrossBorder) and full cycle accounting cycle knowledgeto be the key point of contact for their clients. Youll build lasting relationships ensure smooth communication and bridge the gap between clients and their expert accounting team. No numbercrunchingjust engaging conversations and strategic guidance.
What Youll Do
Manage and nurture client relationships ensuring toptier service.
Understand client needs and facilitate seamless transitions to the accounting team.
Communicate regularly to keep clients informed and engaged.
Provide highlevel guidance on accounting and tax matters (no deep dive needed!.
Collaborate with accountants to ensure client needs are met effectively.
Who You Are
CPA or Bachelors in Accounting (strong accounting knowledge required).
Experienced in a clientfacing role (ideally in accounting)
A natural communicator who can simplify complex topics.
Engaging proactive and relationshipdrivenyou thrive on client interaction.
Fluent in English (French is a plus!.
