Primary Care Physician Internal Medicine or Family Medicine opportunity in Anderson SC.
Excellent opportunity for a SC licensed BC/BE Primary Care Physician (IM or FM) for this growing valuebased medicine practice.
This fastgrowing senior focused team approach to primary care provides a positive and wellbalanced environment. This model is positioned to provide better outcomes for senior patients as we provide multidisciplinary services and coordinated care supported by analytics and community relationships.

- Average 1215 patients per day

Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Family Medicine or Geriatrician
