What will the role of Junior Sous Chef involve
Delivering high standards including food hygiene and health and safety standards
Delivering dishes cooked and presented to company specification
Working on your own section and as part of a team
As a Junior Sous Chef you will need to have:
Experience of working as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef
Required Experience:
Junior IC
Full-Time
