Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customerfocused Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. In this role you will provide exceptional support to clients by assisting with their insurance needs managing accounts and ensuring efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Assist in processing and managing insurance policies endorsements and certificates of insurance
- Ensure client records are accurately maintained and all documentation is up to date
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Support account managers with administrative duties such as data entry filing and document organization
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for crossselling and upselling insurance products
- Stay informed about industry trends regulatory changes and new coverage options to provide informed support to clients
Qualifications/Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service preferably within the insurance sector
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Proficiency in MS Office and insurance management software
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational capabilities
- Familiarity with commercial insurance products and services is an advantage
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Possesses an active P&C license or demonstrates a willingness to obtain one
Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $50K$55K (based on experience).
