Welcome to Barton 1792 Distillery Barton Brands of Kentucky. Our proud heritage dates back to 1879 with the founding of the Tom Moore Distillery in Bardstown Kentucky. The Sanitation Supervisor is food manufacturing facility sanitation subject matter expert. They direct the plant sanitation activities including all building machinery and parts cleaning. They develop and implement sanitation procedures sanitation tracking and validation and train employees about sanitation and cleaning techniques and safety. The Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for the activities of sanitation personnel managing inventory of sanitation supplies and cleaning chemicals coordinating and communicating sanitation activities across the facility as well as monitoring GMPs housekeeping and sanitation for the plant.
