Job Description: PA/NP (Clinic Position Telehealth)
Location: Los Angeles California
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing Family Medicine practice in Los Angeles California with a focus on Telehealth/Telemedicine. This position offers the flexibility to provide highquality virtual care while ensuring that patients in the community have access to reliable and effective healthcare. The ideal candidate will have experience in Family Medicine possess strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish and have a commitment to providing patientcentered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive virtual healthcare services including patient assessments diagnosis treatment planning and followup care through telehealth platforms.
- Manage a broad range of medical conditions including chronic disease management preventive care and acute illness or injury.
- Provide culturally competent care tailored to the needs of a diverse patient population.
- Educate patients on preventive health practices medication adherence and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and coordination of care.
- Utilize telehealth technologies effectively ensuring privacy compliance and seamless patient interactions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate electronic medical records following best practices and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted California PA or NP license.
- National certification as a PA or NP.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) proficiency is required to effectively communicate with patients.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing Family Medicine but will consider new grad.
Preferences:
- Experience in Telehealth/Telemedicine.
- 2 years of experience in Acute Care with the ability to manage complex and urgent cases.
- Knowledge of healthcare trends and telemedicine protocols ensuring best practices in virtual care.
