Technical Development: Build and maintain highquality applications using PHP including frameworks like Laravel or Symfony.
TeamMentorship: Mentor team members fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Application Knowledge: Understand and troubleshoot issues across the application stack.
Effective Communication: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams clearly conveying technical concepts.
Qualifications: Experience: 35 years of handson software development with a focus on PHP.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in PHP with experience in frameworks like Laravel or Codeigniter; familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases.
SoftSkills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to mentor and collaborate.
ProblemSolving: Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Azure Google Cloud).
Understanding of DevOps practices CI/CD microservices and containerization (Docker Kubernetes).
