Civil Engineering Director
Location: Dallas Texas
About the Role
We are a multidisciplinary firm offering a comprehensive range of architectural and engineering services. We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Director with a PE license to lead the planning design and of civil land development projects. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role while collaborating with a talented team to deliver diverse projects. Youll play a key part in mentoring engineers overseeing project quality and maintaining strong client relationships.
A signon bonus is available for qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and engineering of land development projects across various sectors.
- Guide project teams through the entire project lifecycle.
- Ensure all projects meet budgets schedules and quality standards.
- Mentor and supervise EngineersinTraining (EITs).
- Oversee the preparation of construction documents.
- Provide technical support during construction administration.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors or masters degree in Civil Engineering.
- Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Experience: 8 years of relevant experience in civil land development.
- Skills: Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD Civil 3D Revit) strong leadership and communication skills.
