About the Position:
As a Car Rental Advisor youll assist clients in selecting and booking rental cars tailored to their needs offering expert advice to ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey. Your excellent communication and attention to detail will be key to delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with booking rental cars ensuring options meet their needs and preferences
- Provide expert recommendations on car types rental packages and additional services based on customer requirements and budgets
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat offering professional assistance and support
- Manage booking modifications cancellations and resolve any issues related to car rentals
- Stay uptodate with car rental policies promotions and industry trends to offer the best solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions bookings and rental agreements
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Croatian (C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Greek residency card
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience ideally in call centers or support roles
- Strong problemsolving multitasking and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely
