Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding support via phone chat email and social media
- Assist with account creation verification login issues payments and technical troubleshooting
- Act as a trusted point of contact especially for clients in the sports sector
- Handle customer inquiries feedback and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Build strong client relationships through clear and effective communication
- Ensure all interactions adhere to company policies and service standards

Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
- 01 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
