Role: Assistant Manager MERA Operations

About the Role:
Youll be crucial in designing scaling and supporting the of MERA systems and operational plans across our projects. This involves standardization process documentation (BRS) capacity building and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful MERA operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the PH in designing MERA systems and processes.
- Assist in the scaleup plan of MERA systems processes and automations.
- Contribute to the development of the MERA Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Prepare Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) for MERA systems.
- Play a key role in capacity building of project teams on MERA and related thematic areas (M&E predictive analytics school statistics budget analysis).
- Represent MERA in external meetings workshops and collaborations.
- Coordinate internally and externally to ensure successful MERA operations.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Management Operations Social Science or related field.
- 5 years experience in setting up operational systems and creating operational plans.
- Proven ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of project design M&E and applied statistics.
