The Opportunity:
UnderSellOffVacations we are looking for aTravel Expertto join us in making vacation dreams come true.As aresults anddetailorientedTravel Expertyou areresponsible for providing high quality service to consumer travel clients and for emphasizinglongtermworking relationships to build a strong repeat customer base.The position reports to theSelling Supervisor/Branch Manager and will be locatedat our retail store in Brandon.
What Youll Do:
- Provide high quality service to consumer travel clients emphasizing longterm working relationships to build a strong repeat customerbase
- Sell a full range of preferred supplier products to meet and exceedtargets
- Provide accurate complex travel information (i.e.detailed travel documentation etc.
- Organize and assist with local business building promotions and localnetworking
- Assist in the resolution of clientcomplaints
- Invoice and document client files accurately in accordancewithcompany policy
- Work closely with Consumers Tour Operators and various Internal Support departments
What Youll Need:
- Experience as a Travel Counsellor
- Ability to work various shifts including evenings andweekends
- Provincial certification
