Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to drive the companys revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining client relationships negotiating and closing deals and working collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to support business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Strategy
- Identify and evaluate potential markets clients and opportunities.
- Analyze industry trends competitor activities and market conditions.
- Develop strategic plans to approach new markets or sectors.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Generate leads through networking cold calling attending events and online platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct meetings presentations and product/service demos.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Prepare proposals quotations and pitch materials.
- Negotiate contracts pricing and terms with clients.
- Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Coordinate with marketing product and operations teams to tailor solutions.
- Provide regular sales reports forecasts and updates to management.
- Input data into CRM tools and maintain accurate client records.
Brand Representation
- Represent the company in conferences seminars and exhibitions.
- Promote the brand professionally and ethically.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Management or a related field.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in sales or business development.
- Strong leadership communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel regionally as required.
- Experience in Employer of Record (EOR) HR outsourcing or HR technology industries is a strong advantage.
