Job Description

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and execute a strategic learning and development plan that aligns with Cashfree Payments business goals and objectives
  • Design and implement learning programs workshops and initiatives that address the development needs of employees at all levels
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization encouraging employees to take ownership of their growth and career progression
  • Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions using a variety of delivery methods including inperson virtual and blended learning
  • Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across the organization
  • Collaborate with leadership and managers to integrate learning solutions with performance management systems ensuring alignment with employee goals and organizational objectives
  • Partner with external vendors and consultants to source develop and deliver highquality training content when necessary
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments feedback and data analysis. Report on learning outcomes and make recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Design and implement leadership development programs that cultivate the next generation of leaders within Cashfree Payments
  • Manage the learning and development budget ensuring costeffective solutions that deliver measurable ROI

What You Will Need:

  • Minimum of 1015 years of experience in learning and development with at least 4 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
  • Excellent communication presentation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and elearning platforms
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams with a collaborative and inclusive approach to problemsolving
  • High level of integrity professionalism and adaptability in a fastpaced dynamic environment
