Job Description
What You Will Do:
- Develop and execute a strategic learning and development plan that aligns with Cashfree Payments business goals and objectives
- Design and implement learning programs workshops and initiatives that address the development needs of employees at all levels
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization encouraging employees to take ownership of their growth and career progression
- Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions using a variety of delivery methods including inperson virtual and blended learning
- Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across the organization
- Collaborate with leadership and managers to integrate learning solutions with performance management systems ensuring alignment with employee goals and organizational objectives
- Partner with external vendors and consultants to source develop and deliver highquality training content when necessary
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments feedback and data analysis. Report on learning outcomes and make recommendations for continuous improvement
- Design and implement leadership development programs that cultivate the next generation of leaders within Cashfree Payments
- Manage the learning and development budget ensuring costeffective solutions that deliver measurable ROI
What You Will Need:
- Minimum of 1015 years of experience in learning and development with at least 4 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
- Excellent communication presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and elearning platforms
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams with a collaborative and inclusive approach to problemsolving
- High level of integrity professionalism and adaptability in a fastpaced dynamic environment
