NONMANAGEMENT JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Project Development Manager 360 Prevention and Community Services
Exempt/Nonexempt: EXEMPT
Immediate Supervisor: Associate VP of Prevention and Community Services
Salary: $80000$85000
  1. Primarily responsible for leading the development and of project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocation for homeless housing services counseling and prevention programs.
  2. Oversee the expansion of existing programs and services to meet growing community needs staying informed on trends funding opportunities and policy changes that may impact service delivery.
  3. Regularly collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project design implementation and evaluation.
  4. Monitor progress toward project goals making necessary adjustments to meet objectives and deadlines effectively.
  5. Engage with local service providers to enhance service coordination and effectiveness building and maintaining strong relationships with community organizations government agencies donors and other stakeholders.
  6. Coordinate meetings workshops and forums to foster collaboration and ensure alignment with shared goals.
  7. Develop and implement tracking systems to measure project performance and outcomes. Collect and analyze data related to program efficacy service delivery and client satisfaction. Prepare detailed reports on project progress challenges and successes for leadership and stakeholders.
  8. Monitor project expenditures identify costsaving opportunities and ensure financial accountability. Work with program leadership to develop and manage project budgets ensuring funds are allocated appropriately and used efficiently.
  9. Supervise and support project team members providing training guidance and resources. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on service excellence. Identify staffing needs and assist in recruitment and hiring when necessary.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations policies and best practices in homeless housing counseling and prevention services. Develop and implement strategies for continuous quality improvement within projects.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform the essential duties listed in the job description satisfactorily. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. Capable of operating standard office equipment including a computer and keyboard calculator typical business machines such as a fax machine and copier. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 2030 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision and the ability to adjust focus. The employee is required to have valid drivers license auto insurance and must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle. The work environment characteristics include a noise level which is usually low to moderate.
