Ted Moore Auto Group is seeking an Automotive F&I Assistant who isresponsible for prepping automotive sales deals to be sent to the
accounting office.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Submit paperwork for automotive sales deals
Obtain approvals from financial source on all deals
Ensure all proper documentation is gathered and submitted
Work closely with managers to secure profit from each sale
Establish and meet monthly objectives
Check all paperwork for correct titles lien information taxes etc.
Qualifications:
Automotive dealership experience is a plus and preferred
Knowledge of finance or insurance procedures
High school diploma or the equivalent
Ability to use a computer and tablet
Excellent at organization
Professional personal appearance
Exceptional communication skills
Exceeds at working within a team and on your own
Additionally:

report and valid driver license.
