Join our dynamic team Scrutinizers as a SeniorPython Software Test Automation Engineer! In this role youll implement test frameworks and automate API and Webserver tests ensuring continuous testing and rapid feedback within our CI/CD pipelines. Collaborating closely with software development teams your mission will be to identify test requirements and develop efficient automated tests for our GNSS devices.

Senior Python Software Test Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Software Test Automation:
- Designing developing and maintaining automated API test frameworks using Python with a focus on upcoming system tests.
- Introducing web application test technologies to facilitate automated testing of our GNSS devices web applications.
- Creating and implementing test scripts to validate the functionality and reliability of embedded software (C).
- Leveraging industry best practices to create scalable and maintainable automated testing solutions.
- Providing and maintaining the test infrastructure and test device farms used within our CI.
- Working closely with software developers to understand testing and quality feedback needs within CI.
- Collaborating with product management to automate user acceptance tests based on surveying workflows.
- Participating in scrum events as needed to enhance testability and providing insights on test automation challenges.
- Developing Docker files and managing Linux Docker images in Artifactory for executing tests on CI servers.
- Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing of code changes.
- Monitoring and improving automated test suites within the CI/CD environment.
- Engaging with challenging problems that push the limits of your skills and knowledge fostering continuous learning in test automation and software engineering.
- Exploring new testing methodologies tools and technologies staying ahead of industry advancements.
- Opportunities for career advancement and specialization in test automation software development DevOps and surveying.
- Working with cuttingedge technologies including TeamCity GitHub Artifactory Docker Visual Studio and JetBrains IDEs.
- Being part of a dedicated test automation team closely collaborating with DevOps and software development teams.
- Collaborating with a test architect and product owner to stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
- Tackling the automation of deployment installation and testing of embedded software on our surveying devices.
- Experiencing the satisfaction of identifying and resolving complex issues to ensure software meets the highest quality standards.
- Flexible time management and a commitment to maintain a healthy worklife balance.
- Proven experience as a test automation engineer or software engineer in test with a passion for working in agile environments.
- Expertise in test automation (GUI Web Application API tests) and testing of embedded systems.
- Understanding of CI systems such as GitHub Actions TeamCity or Jenkins.
- Proficient programming skills in Python; experience with C# Java or C is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for working with GitHub Docker Linux and Windows.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English with the ability to navigate an international and distributed work environment.
- Assertive and confident in representing ideas and opinions effectively.
- Detailoriented with a passion for delivering highquality stable tests.
- Proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues.
- A continuous learner eager to stay updated on new technologies.
