The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and possess a strong background in behavioral therapy and literacy education.*Duties* Provide specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students Utilize behavioral therapy techniques to support student learning and development Collaborate with colleagues to enhance library services and educational resources Administer and interpret standardized testing to assess student progress Create a supportive classroom environment conducive to learning
