What Youll Do:
As a Lincoln Service Technician youll be at the heart of our service team ensuring our customers vehicles perform their best. Your responsibilities include:
- Performing efficient highquality repairs following dealership specifications.
- Using advanced diagnostic tools to testdrive vehicles and troubleshoot systems like engines transmissions brakes and air conditioning.
- Communicating directly with Service Advisors about additional service needs and repair timelines.
- Executing warranty repairs in line with manufacturer standards.
What You Bring to the Table:
Were looking for skilled motivated individuals who are ready to grow with us. Ideal candidates will have:
- Knowledge of Ford or Lincoln vehicles (domestic line experience preferred).
- ASE certifications (a plus!.
- A strong automotive background and a passion for teamwork.
- A clean and valid drivers license.
- Willingness to undergo a drug screen and background check.
