Create/Update/Maintain reports for business needs.
Reviews analyzes and evaluates business systems and user needs.
Manage multiple conflicting priorities & consistently meet deadlines.
Capable of communicating and negotiating effectively with all levels of users and management
Work with other analysts and management to conduct analysis and solve problems regarding routine & chronic problems.
Interpret and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and workplans for other Team members.
Utilized as a subject matter expert for repeatable process.
Acquire knowledge in systems and processes.
create and maintain the documentation for system functionality processes and procedures.
Participate in and facilitate Consumer Loan projects to make improvements within departments.
Actively participate in projects/initiatives with leadership team
Support training and advanced analytic workshops as required.
Learn basics of and participate in CPI projects.
Commit to Performance Based Organization (PBO) & Easy to Do Business with (ETDBW) philosophy.
Contribute to Continuous Process Improvement.
EDUCATION:
4year college degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
