indiagold is looking for a Freelance Recruiter to support our hiring efforts as we expand across various cities. This role involves sourcing interviewing and onboarding candidates for field sales roles sales trainers and other key positions. The recruiter will collaborate closely with the HR and sales leadership teams to ensure we attract and hire top talent quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates through job portals social media local colleges and other channels for indiagolds field sales and related roles.
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process from screening resumes to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
- Develop strong relationships with local institutions and communities to tap into the best talent pools.
- Organize and manage walkin drives and recruitment events in different cities.
- Collaborate with indiagolds HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics including number of candidates sourced interviewed and hired.
- Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Requirements
2 years of experience in recruiting preferably in volume hiring or sales recruitment.
Strong networking and sourcing skills with experience using platforms like Naukri Internshala and LinkedIn.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel to different cities for recruitment events and walkin drives.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
