Job Description
A premier manufacturer of quality products used by professional tradespeople is seeking a CNC Operator for their manufacturing facility located in Elk Grove Village IL. This is a 2nd shift position 2:00 PM 10:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setup and operate EDM machines CNC controlled and other manual and automatic machines.
- Setup and operates CNC milling machines.
- Setup and operate EDM machines.
- Maintains inventory of tools and graphite.
- Maintains and repairs forging dies trim dies and fixtures.
- Maintains a clean environment.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervision.
- Knowledge of setting up and operating CNC machines.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Must have own tools to perform this position.
- Performs work by sketches and special instructions.
- Ability to understand and follow detailed oral and written instructions and procedures.
