We are looking for a Translation Account Manager belonging to the protected categories Art. 1 .
The position can be performed in full remote or hybrid mode.
Key responsibilities
- Converting customers requests into price offers and offers into translation projects.
- Talking to customers constantly to gain a deep understanding of their needs and provide them tailored and flexible solutions.
- A major contribution in ensuring profitability and success of projects driving to customer retention.
- Monitoring of your progress and reporting to your manager to discuss any needed strategic action
The position will include the possibility to work on public holidays when needed.
Requirements
- Experience in Localization and Account Management with a thorough understanding of the localization process belonging to the protected categories Art.
- Advanced proficiency in English with additional language skills (preferably in German or French) considered a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills adept in both written and verbal forms.
- Preferred knowledge of the translation industry.
- Preferred knowledge of CAT tools.
- Proficient in computer and web technologies.
- Meticulous attention to detail combined with the ability to think and adapt quickly.
- Strong work ethic and effective collaborative teamwork.
- Robust ability to manage stress excel under high pressure and handle a substantial workload efficiently.
