Job Title:Biochemistry Biomedical Scientist
Location:Salisbury Wiltshire
Banding: Band 5 or Band 6
Start date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing
Rate: 26 per hour
Working hours: Monday Friday 375 hours per week
An excellent opportunity has arisen for experienced Biomedical Scientists specialising in Biochemistry to join our clients team in Salisbury. What will your responsibilities be:
The role involves performing a variety of diagnostic tests and procedures in biochemistry. Responsibilities include analysing biochemical samples maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment and ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. The position also requires participation in quality assurance activities and contributing to the continuous improvement of laboratory services.
Qualifications and Experiences:
- HCPC registration as a Biomedical Scientist
- Degree in Biomedical Science or equivalent
- Experience in biochemistry
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of laboratory practice
