Minimum Qualifications:
- 13 Years of Proficient in J2EE technologies JavaScript and JSP
- 13 Years of Handson experience in FrontEnd/UI Development on J2EE platform
- 13 Years of Strong SQL query writing skills for data extraction transformation and analysis
- 13 Years of Application development using Tomcat Server and web services
- 8 Years of Data validation and data quality checks across data ingestion and processing
- 8 Years of Technical documentation experience for requirements user training and operations
- 8 Years of SQL development experience in Snowflake
- 8 Years of Strong analytical and problemsolving skills especially in data analytics or performance management systems
- 8 Years of Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and MS Project
- 8 Years of Agile methodology experience as part of a sprint team
- 8 Years of Experience using JIRA software
- 8 Years of Experience in TIERS data analysis (CHIP & Medicaid data) for healthcare services
- 8 Years of Experience integrating Tableau dashboards in webbased applications
Preferred:
- 4 Years of Ability to write welldesigned testable and efficient code following software development best practices
- 4 Years of Understanding of security principles related to healthcare data
- 4 Years of Experience with performance metrics data visualization or business intelligence environments
- 4 Years of Excellent oral and written communication skills
- 4 Years of Experience managing multiple responsibilities and conflicting assignments
- 4 Years of Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or Business (or equivalent experience)
- 4 Years of Prior experience in the healthcare industry
- 4 Years of Prior experience with HHS agencies
- 4 Years of Experience working with PII or PHI data
- 4 Years of Functional knowledge or handson experience with Web Services (REST SOAP)
Specific Skills:
- Strong J2EE JavaScript and JSP development skills
- SQL development using Snowflake
- Data engineering and validation experience
- Agile methodology experience
- Proficiency in JIRA
- Experience with Tableau dashboard integration
- Strong analytical problemsolving and technical writing skills
