Why This Role Is Valuable
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will implement efficient and effective recruiting logistics for Blackstone portfolio companies and Revantage. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides exceptional service to candidates and hiring managers.
How You Add Value
Schedule interviews and manage related communications with hiring managers candidates and recruiters.
Coordinate work among interview scheduling team including offshore resource.
Manage respond and escalate as needed Talent Acquisition Inbox emails queries etc. and coordinate overnight responses with offshore resource.
Management of entire background check process for all new hires including adjudications and business partner escalations as well as vendor management.
Postoffer acceptance processing of new hires within Workday ATS and HCM.
Process invoices and provide payment updates to vendors as needed.
Generate weekly monthly and ad hoc talent acquisition reports.
Audit candidate information within applicant tracking system as needed.
Manage vendors monitor and track activity / ROI for various job boards and social media sites such as LinkedIn Indeed etc.
Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Team.
What You Bring To The Role
Required:
Bachelors degree.
Minimum of 34 years relevant work experience.
Experience with Workday Recruiting and HCM.
Experience with background check processing.
Excellent organizational planning and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills across various stakeholders.
Passion for attracting top talent.
Base Compensation Range:
$30.00 To $37.00. This represents the presentlyanticipated low and high end of the Companys base compensation range for this position. Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors including but not limited to location and experience.Total Direct Compensation: This job is also eligible for discretionary bonus and incentive compensation on an annual basis.
