Position: Maintenance Technician
Qualifications: ITI/DEE
Experience: Min 2 years of Experience in Machine Maintenance
Salary:1.80 LPA
Job responsibilities:
- Installation of YASKAWA MOTOMAN welding Robot.
- Hydraulic as well as pneumatic cylinder maintenance.
- Inhouse copper tubing making for fixture
- Having work experience in maintaining health Yaskawa Robot Drilling Bending Press m/c).
- Maintenance in electrical trouble shooting with knowledge of electrical system.
- knowledge of Hydraulic/pneumatic circuits sensors motors.
- Cockpit concept implemented on Robot as well as boring Machine.
- Problem Solving of Utility Equipment like Air Compressors Sizzler lifter.
- Preventive predictive and daily maintenance of following equipments.
- Robot Panasonic welding machines
- Worked on Special Purpose Machine
