Job Description

Description of the Role:

The Business Development Representative at Gwinnett Place Ford is responsible for generating and qualifying leads to support the sales team. This dynamic role requires strong communication skills and a passion for customer service. As a key member of the team you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting potential customers establishing relationships and assisting in the sales process. This position offers an opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels including cold calling email campaigns and networking events.
  • Manage and update customer database ensuring accurate and uptodate information.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement strategies to drive sales and meet targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in the sales process by scheduling appointments conducting product demonstrations and facilitating test drives.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sales or customer service roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
