Immediate Need for Private Duty RN & LPN Nurses in the Louisville KY area. Full and Part time shifts for Days Nights & Weekend Available.

Responsibilities:
- Provide thoughtful care to client & patients based on personalized Plan of Care
- Monitor and track changes in the client/patients conditions and needs and keeps the Nurse Manager and any other appropriate personnel informed
- Proactively updates client/patients family on plan of care health changes and concerns
- Strong attention to detail interpersonal and organization skills needed
Requirements:
- Current unrestricted RN or LPN license in Kentucky
- Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest xray
- Minimum one 1 year of documented experience required with bedside care preferred.
- Experience with gtubes trachs/vent and cath care.
- Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance
- Must be able to stand walk squat bend kneel reach twist push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Types: Fulltime Parttime Per diem
Salary: $25.00 $38.00 per hour (LPN $2530 & (RN $2938. Note: compensation may vary based on skill experience and location.
Standard shift:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Overnight shift
Weekly schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Louisville KY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- BLS Certification (Preferred)
- CPR
- RN (Required)
- LPN (Required)
Work Location: In person in home setting
