We are seeking an energetic motivated and personable individual to join our team as an Appointment Coordinator for weekday second shifts and Saturday shifts. In this role you will handle inbound and outbound calls schedule appointments for our sales team and follow up with potential clients. This is an opportunity to grow within a wellestablished and rapidly expanding company.
Schedule:
- Weekdays late afternoon to evening
- Saturdays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls to potential clients
- Active listening and empathy
- Detailoriented and organized
