Our award winning Sales department is looking for a Internet Sales Manager to join our team. Previous experience in sales and proficiency with computers and basic software is required. This person must have a proven track record of great success leading an Internet Sales Team. You must have high energy a great attitude and a winning mentality. Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads
- Be available to respond to email inquiries in a professional wellspoken manner
- Communicate effectively with internet staff and other department employees
- Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them accordingly to set an appointment for proper vehicle demonstration
- Direct customers to product information resources including those available on the internet
- Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
- Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
Qualifications
- Proficient with basic computer software including but not limited to Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook required
- Prior sales experience required
- Time management prioritization skills and the ability to multitask
- Selfmotivated and goal oriented
- Ability to hit sales quotasand closing percentages
- Understanding of inventory control
- Demonstrate ability to pass preemployment testing to include background checks MVR drug test credit report and valid driver license
