Job Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Controller to lead financial reporting and accounting operations across multiple locations. This strategic leadership role ensures compliance strengthens internal controls and provides key financial insights to drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Lead and mentor an accounting team fostering growth and efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
- Coordinate budgeting and financial planning to support business objectives.
- Provide strategic insights through datadriven financial analysis.
- Manage the general ledger and optimize financial systems.
- Collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA strongly preferred but not required.
- Public accounting experience a plus.
- 35 years of accounting management experience.
- Proficiency in large ERP system and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical leadership and communication skills.
