Job Description
Hire Resolves client a leading mining company is currently seeking a skilled Planned Maintenance Officer to join their team based in North West.
Requirements:
Senior Certificate (Grade 12
Management Maintenance Certificate
Trade Test Certificate.
Supervisory Certificate
5 years experience as a Planned Maintenance Officer within a underground mining environment
Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyse tasks and take necessary action to mitigate identified risks.
Conduct issuebased risk assessments and implement appropriate measures.
Adhere to company policies standards and procedures.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations.
Initiate and follow emergency protocols when required.
Identify and prevent fraudulent activities.
Ensure equipment costs are accurately recorded against functional locations.
Maintain SAP master data in line with financial policies and procedures.
Monitor equipment performance against design specifications and budgeted operational costs.
Facilitate failure analysis processes for crossfunctional teams.
Analyse maintenance history to identify recurring failure patterns.
Implement preventive measures to support costeffective maintenance programs.
Provide structured recommendations to engineers.
