Hawthorn Vet is looking for a Fulltime/Parttime Practice Manager to join our collaborative and passionate team!

Position Overview:
The Practice Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the daytoday operations of the clinic ensuring smooth processes highquality patient care and exceptional client service. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the veterinary practice including staff supervision scheduling and resource management.
Ensure the clinic meets all regulatory and compliance standards.
Oversee financial management including budgeting invoicing and maintaining accurate records.
Lead and support a team of nurses and administrative staff.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages professional development and teamwork.
Develop and implement policies to improve patient care and customer service.
Handle client communications ensuring a high standard of care and service.
Monitor and improve operational efficiency implementing systems for smooth workflow.
Assist with marketing efforts to attract new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
About You:
Previous experience in a management role within a veterinary practice or related field.
Cert IV Vet Nurse with relevant industry experience
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills.
Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and resource allocation.
Passion for animal care and client service.
Proficiency in veterinary practice management software such as RXWorks is advantageous
Ability to problemsolve and make decisions under pressure.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
