Position Overview: GRUBBRR is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Olo Consultant to join our team. In this role you will work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to implement optimize and provide expert guidance on Olos delivery management platform and integrate it into GRUBBRRs selfservice solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Olos capabilities and a strong background in the restaurant technology space with an ability to help clients maximize the value of their Olo integration.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for Olorelated inquiries troubleshooting and best practices.
Manage the endtoend implementation process of Olo for new clients ensuring seamless integration with GRUBBRRs selfordering systems.
Requirements gathering configuration and supporting Olo menu management.
Provide expertise and support to clients to optimize the use of Olos delivery and online ordering solutions in conjunction with GRUBBRR technology.
Collaborate with GRUBBRRs internal teams (Product Engineering and Support) to ensure Olo integration runs smoothly and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Regularly review and evaluate client performance metrics and recommend improvements for better efficiency performance and customer satisfaction.
Provide ongoing postimplementation support to ensure clients are utilizing the Olo platform effectively.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Olo implementation support or consultancy preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Previous experience within Olo menu management.
Strong understanding of Olos platform and how it integrates with pointofsale (POS) systems delivery services and other restaurant technologies.
Familiarity with selfordering kiosks online ordering systems and restaurant management software.
Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with customer success client training and postimplementation support.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business or a related field is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with GRUBBRR technology or other restaurant service platforms.
