Description of the role:
Join our team at Johnson City Acura/Mazda as an Experienced Service Advisor. In this role you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and guidance on vehicle maintenance and repair.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing customer needs and recommending appropriate services
- Managing work orders and communicating with the service department
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any servicerelated issues
- Keeping accurate records of all transactions and interactions
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair processes
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Be a TOP PERFORMER and consistently deliver the best numbers
