  1. JOB PURPOSE

(Provide an overview of the job its context in the organization and the contribution that it makes)

To oversee the companys new construction projects. As the senior architect will mentor other Architects interpret client briefs and review contracts and designs. Should have strong leadership skills extensive knowledge of CAD software and the ability to handle negative feedback.

To be successful as a senior architect should display great interpersonal skills and be able to relay important information. An outstanding Senior Architect should also be open to criticism and learning opportunities.

Within our projects will work closely with clients stakeholders and project teams to understand their needs and to get to the heart of their requirements. Be responsible for developing the right solution not just any solution even if that means trying something new and resisting welltrodden paths.

As Senior Airport Architect are responsible for feasibility studies master plan studies terminal development planning from the initial definition stage to concept planning.
