SALES / SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR
Location: Northampton NH6
Salary: OTE 40k
Position: Permanent Full Time
A Residential Sales or Senior Sales Negotiator is sought for this highly successful independent Estate Agency based in the Northampton area.
This is a chance to join a thriving company with a dynamic modern approach to Estate Agency that takes pride in providing a professional residential sales service within a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
The ideal candidate will be a sales professional with previous residential sales experience and have the drive and passion to help grow a business. You must have exceptional customer service skills charisma energy and enthusiasm along with having the ability to build rapport whilst maintaining long term business relationships.
Skills: Skills: The skills required for this Sales / Senior Sales Negotiator role will include:
- Previous experience as Sales / Senior Sales Negotiator
- Accomplished at generating and winning new business
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Knowledge of Northampton and the surrounding area helpful
- Full Driving License essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Residential Sales
