    Salary Range: $69125 $129000Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity internal salary ranges market data applicants skills and prior relevant experience degrees and certifications.

    Position Overview

    The Middle Years Programme (MYP) Coordinator is a key member of the administrative leadership team responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and administration of the International Baccalaureate (IB) MYP. This role requires strong collaboration with leadership faculty and the IB organization to ensure a highquality MYP experience for all students.

    Essential Responsibilities

    • Ensure compliance with IB MYP requirements and standards.

    • Support and mentor new MYP teachers in curriculum planning and instructional strategies.

    • Facilitate and participate in collaborative planning meetings with teachers across grade levels and subject areas.

    • Maintain communication between the school and the IB organization managing all required documentation and reports.

    • Provide orientation and ongoing professional development for MYP teachers.

    • Identify and coordinate internal and external IB professional development opportunities.

    • Ensure all MYP curriculum documentation including unit plans assessments and subject group overviews is uptodate.

    • Lead the review and evaluation of the MYP program on an annual basis.

    • Attend classroom instruction sessions regularly to assess the effectiveness of MYP implementation.

    • Organize and oversee MYPrelated assessments personal projects and professional development planning.

    • Serve as a key member of the pedagogical leadership team contributing to strategic decisionmaking and schoolwide initiatives.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred.

    • Experience in or knowledge of the IB Middle Years Programme.

    • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers students and administration.

    • Ability to work with diverse student populations and foster an inclusive inquirybased learning environment.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint). Experience with the learning management system TODDLE is preferred.

    • Required certifications: Safe Environment Training CPR/First Aid and Criminal Justice fingerprint/background clearance.

    Work Environment & Physical Demands

    • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods move throughout the school campus and occasionally assist with student life.

    • Work is primarily performed in a school environment with moderate noise levels. Some duties may take place outdoors or on field trips.
