Position: OutofHours Team Member
Location: Bree St Cape Town
Hours: Evening shifts and weekends
The below is just an example of where the hours will range between.
Weekday Evenings:
Between 4pm to 1am Depending on the shift
Weekends
Between 7am to 1am depending on the shift
Night shifts
Between 1am to 10am

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support and service outside of standard business hours ensuring smooth operations in the evening and over weekends.
- Navigate and manage multiple online systems processing requirements swiftly to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Utilize your excellent PC skills to keep our digital world running smoothly.
- Employ your superb communication skills to interact with customers and team members solving problems and driving sales with a positive cando attitude.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work weekends and have a flexible approach to shift patterns.
- Proven experience in a role requiring excellent PC and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a highpaced environment with efficiency and accuracy.
- Experience in sales or a customeroriented role is highly advantageous.
