The Role
We currently require a highly driven and focused Work Order Performance Administratorto join our Burswoodteam.
As part of this role you will assist in the overall administration & management of activities on a highprofile contract.
Reporting to the Administration Manager you will be a wellorganized and disciplined individual who is able to manage the business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Work Order Management: Oversee the lifecycle of work orders from initiation to field completion ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze work order performance metrics to identify trends issues and opportunities for improvement with strong collaboration with vendors
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on work order performance including insights and recommendations for internal management and vendor focus
Collaboration: Good written and verbal skills to approach and foster internal and external collaboration
Qualifications
