Position Summary:
IFCC is seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Operations & Executive Support Coordinator to provide administrative operational and strategic support to the Executive Director & the Clinic Director. This pivotal role involves client relations intake and billing support and active participation in community relations business development and contract initiatives. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized thrives in a dynamic environment and can efficiently manage multiple priorities with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Executive Support:
Provide highlevel administrative support to the Executive Director and Clinic Director.
Coordinate meetings maintain calendars prepare agendas and take minutes.
Draft emails reports presentations and other correspondence as needed.
Track project timelines and follow up on deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
Assist with collecting organizing and verifying client billing information.
Liaise with the billing department to ensure timely submission and followup on claims.
Help maintain HIPPA compliance documentation standards and confidentiality policies.
Assist in planning tracking and implementing community outreach efforts and partnerships.
Support the of business development initiatives and the onboarding of new contracts.
Research vendors draft proposals and prepare supporting documentation for strategic projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong Communication Skills: Professional verbal and written communication with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines prioritize tasks and multitask in a fastpaced environment.
TechSavvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) Google Workspace and other digital tools (e.g. Zoom project management platforms).
Discretion & Confidentiality: Experience handling sensitive information with integrity and sound judgment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a healthcare nonprofit or clinical environment.
Background in client services project coordination or Business administration or Accounting
Familiarity with medical billing insurance processes or EHR systems is a plus.
Associate or Bachelors degree in Business Administration Healthcare Management Economics accounting or related field.
Salary range: $45000 to $55000 commensurate with education experience and relevant skills.
