JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The Lasky Lab in the Department of Biology currently has openings for parttime Laboratory Assistants for theacademic year. The successful candidates will assist in research on the genetics of plant responses to climate. Preference will be given to fulltime registered Penn State undergraduate students. Duties include setting up and maintaining experiments in the lab greenhouses and field. Other duties to include collection of information from digitized historical plant specimens processing of plant material and growing media and organizing lab supplies. These positions require great attention to detail. Interest in horticulture geography or environment is beneficial.
